My name is Stuart James and I have loved antiques, art, silver, ceramics to the downright curious for as long as I can remember. In between my day job as a tour guide I have collected and dealt in antiques for over thirty years.  It was the the pandemic which kick started me and my wife’s, Caroline decision to take step back in to open a gallery and we now operate out of three places, my shop in East Molesey, Palace Antique Centre in East Molesey as well as Great Grooms Antique Centre in Hungerford in Berkshire.  My day job also helps me source items all over the UK as well as in Ireland.  We pride ourselves on pricing ourselves  competitively and we take particular pleasure in helping people setting up their first homes finding beautiful but practical furniture.  As well as practical furniture we also sell decorative items that are simply pleasing to the eye and just a bit different.
